> Private first-impression video reviews of landing pages and web, mobile, desktop, or native apps, recorded by a real person for indie developers and early-stage founders.

pep.reviews is a deliberately human review service. Jesse opens the submitted product cold, records his candid reaction, and identifies the most important thing he would fix first. The review is not generated by AI.

## Services and pricing

- Landing page review: a two-to-three-minute first-impression video for $10 USD.
- App review (web, mobile, native, etc.): a private review video, typically around five minutes, for $25 USD.
- Founder call add-on: an optional follow-up call after the review for an additional $50 USD.

## What customers receive

- A separate private screen-recorded video for each selected review.
- Candid first impressions captured while using the product.
- The moments that create confusion, hesitation, or friction.
- One clear priority to fix first.

## How it works

1. The founder submits their name, email, review selection, a URL for each selected review, and any safe access notes.
2. Jesse uses each selected surface cold and records it as a separate video.
3. The founder receives an email when every selected review is ready.
4. One secure Stripe Checkout unlocks the complete order; payment is not collected upfront.

## Privacy and scope

- Submissions and review videos stay private unless the customer explicitly approves sharing.
- Test accounts should use fake data and the minimum permissions required.
- Customers should not send production credentials or sensitive customer data.
- A review is one person's candid first-use reaction, not accessibility certification, security testing, or formal user research.
